Rust Construction is seeking a talented, experienced Interior Designer who understands how to create great design within client budgets – and who’s ready to help shape the future of our design department.
Since the 1920s, we’ve been building trust as a leading remodeling company in the Washington DC region. We’re growing, and this is a brand-new role – an exciting opportunity for a designer ready to elevate our design capabilities and build something meaningful from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
You’ll collaborate with architects, project managers, and skilled craftspeople to deliver functional, lasting kitchen and bathroom spaces that clients love throughout Alexandria, Arlington, and the greater DC area. As we grow, you’ll help establish design standards, mentor future team members, and define how we approach interior design projects.
What We’re Looking For
You should have experience in kitchen and bath design including cabinetry design and specification. You’ll need to be comfortable with CAD programs such as 20/20, Sketch Up, or AutoCAD and willing to learn new skills.
