Serving our community for more than 100 years
Rust Construction began in the 1920s when the Rust family dairy farm was subdivided to create portions of the Alexandria, Virginia neighborhoods of Rosemont, Braddock Heights, Timber Branch, Mount Ida and Beverly Hills. Our history is reflective of the regional story of change and growth. We’ve served our community in Alexandria, Arlington, and Northwest D.C. through thick and thin for over a century.
Spanning various construction and development projects during the 1920s to 1950s, with our current business charter filed in 1956, Rust Construction has remained a family-owned and operated business for decades. Tom Rust Jr. and Sam Rust manage our daily affairs as President and Vice President, respectively.
Throughout our history of service, our team of experienced tradesmen and project managers has upheld our tradition of exceptional workmanship and responsible construction of residential remodels, additions, and commercial projects. Discover what we can do for you.
